Note that I'm Venezuelan but I'm not here to give you bias and tell you he's Vidal. I'd actually call him a poor man's version of the Chilean midfielder which I'd guess most of you would be happy with. Granted I don't know much about your team. I don't really have a BPL team, I sort of follow WBA because of Rondon but as you would understand Pulis makes it extremely difficult for anyone to become a fan of that playing style. On a funny note, as you might be aware players are on international brake and therefore Rincon and Rondon are together with the rest of the Venezuelan NT and Rincon just decided to post this on his twitter account [Tweet Link]
I might be reading too much into it, but I think that's his way of hinting he's going to the BPL. Rincon is basically a DM whose game isn't just limited to that. As the stats show it he's a very good passer with above-average vision and most importantly high IQ. He'll push the ball down the pitch. He'll maul opponents for the ball. You only need to talk to Hamburg and Genoa fans to realize the majority of them will give you high reviews on this guy. Looking at the lineup you usually run he'd probably battle for a spot next to Cabaye. Obviously he's also a leader as he's been Venezuela's captain for a couple of years now. He has the physicality and stamina to play in the BPL. Great post; i hope we get him; id rather Rincon than Wilshere.

We need a really good DM to replace Jedi, and even more we need leadership qualities and Rincon seems to be a natural leader. I think we need to use Wilshire as an attacking midfielder and maximise his assists and goals potential. Evenmore so if Cabaye is injured and out for a few weeks. Rincon would also release Cabaye from a primarily DM role and again release him to provide more assists and goals

Won't happen today as he's in Colombia for a world cup qualifier tomorrow.

Not at all, he already has an EU/Italian work permit which is transferable under EU law, and still applies in the UK until they exit.

Highly doubt they would turn down a work permit for someone who's played for their country 75 times aswell.
