You would really like to think so. Though without the man our form certainly did dip without him in the 11. Our form was hardly much better after he came back. Not sure it was as simple as simply YB being injured. Don't want him to go but if we can replace him with Benteke plus a decent attacking midfielder or winger I can accept that. Plus we lose Bolasie to AFCON for at least 4 weeks this season.

If Bolasie goes to Everton and all of a sudden becomes consistent and improves his end product, what will our supporters think ? Or do we believe that this is just not possible and Bolasie will forever fluctuate between 'Premier League' and 'Sunday League' in a matter of minutes? Edited by Willo (09 Aug 2016 6.42pm)

Townsend prem goals scored and assists against actual minutes 1 in 2 I would have preferred townsend bolasie and benteke with zaha and punch fighting for the other place no 10 or wide, zaha and punch eill now have to improve immensley their contribution to assists or we have just lost an amazing winger and bought benteke for nothing , ps gayle ten million 1 goal in 3 in prem compared to sako west ham 1 in 5 15 mill and berahino 1 in 6 in prem
