According to south London press , palace have now switch attention to Saido Berahino. Would we have the same problem as dwight gayle of finding a formation that suits berahino?

I'd say he is in today's market. 50% more than Gayle, much better and proven at Prem level than Gayle.

Question is does he suit your style or can you adapt/build to him? SB is obviously not a Wickham or Benteke type and would require a partner or a withdrawn striker set-up with 4 in midfield.

The telegraph newspaper says we retain an interest and monitoring the situation. Could he play in the puncheon role? Or Do we play 442 next season?

OR Maybe we could offer TP some players as part of the deal? E.g Ledley,Kelly or Hennessey

The sun - Crystal Palace make shock £20million move for West Brom striker Saido Berahino CRYSTAL PALACE are closing in on a shock swoop for Saido Berahino.
The Eagles have turned their attention to the West Brom striker after their £30million move for Liverpool’s Christian Benteke hit the buffers.The Kop flop is stalling on a switch to Selhurst Park, despite being offered wages of £130,000 a week.
So the south Londoners are stepping up their efforts to bring in Berahino.
Stoke are also interested in the former England Under-21 star, who was furious with West Brom for blocking his move to Tottenham last summer.
But he may get to move to a London club this year with Palace.
The Eagles are set to make an offer that meets the Baggies’ valuation of £20million.
Berahino has been offered a four-year deal to stay at the Hawthorns, but it is believed he sees his long-term future at another club.
Palace have already signed defender James Tomkins from West Ham and winger Andros Townsend from Newcastle.

He's worth nowhere near that! Probably about £12/14 million.
