Shelvey (Again) (Rumour)

I know a lot of you want him but for me no, not Shelvey. He's a good enough player and will run all day but looks out of his depth against any real class. This team needs brains and skill not Shelvey. More importantly he's just not Palace. That shining bald head! Runs like a big tonka toy let lose. There. I've had my say. If we buy him I will, of course, support him all the way.

Lombardo was Italian bald, therefore stylishly bald. He was also a far greater player than Shelvey. AJ was bald because it helped him aerodynamically when he went down in the box. You can't compare Shelvey with either of those two great examples of true Palace baldness.

Only 23. Played for England under 16, 17, 19, 21 (captained under19) made his England debut 2012, started his first England game in Euro qualifier 2015, named man of the match.......no, not good enough for the mighty Palace.
