Early days yet ...Chelsea will be out trawling and are probably looking for players to maintain their push up the table. Must admit they looked a decent side in the second half on Saturday so not much to do. A couple more wrestling professionals who can kick a ball should do it!

Why are people so obsessed with this guy. During 2013, he had injuries in Jan Feb Aug Sep Oct. In 2014 Mar and Oct, and in 2015 Apr Oct and Dec....and it's not even the Same injury.....isn't our treatment room busy enough..

I think Remy is a striker we could genuinely get.On his loan spell at Newcastle I think he scored 14 goals and palace need a striker who can score 10 or more goals a season.He worked well with Cabaye and Pardew at Newcastle before and with first team football surely he would do well at palace.

So Hiddink wants to sign Pato for £10-12m but has been told (allegedly) he must make room in the squad by off-loading Remy. If there's any truth in that paper talk then it would probably be the best chance anyone has of signing him.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

Much rather Remy than Adebeyor Might sound a bit greedy but how about Remy and Adebeyor replacing the spot left by Bamford and the rumoured exit of Gayle?

Wage structure indeed will be a big point. I reckon now Cabaye is our top earner by some distance. Reportedly Remy is on 75k a week, probably not that far of what Cabaye is on. Pffff a bit obscene really if you think of weekly wages as rather good yearly figures........

Speaking to Chelsea nutter in my local just now, he says that there's a rumour at Stamford Bridge that we might buy Pato with him going straight out on loan to them with an option to buy with Remy coming back the other way on the same basis. Sounds like b******s to me but in this mad world you never know.....
