Rip out the seats, bring in those new 'standing' seats. 40-45,000. Easy

I think there might be an issue with height for the Arthur. The houses opposite are probably entitled to some daylight?!!! The stand would be huge if it matched up with the Holmesdale.

Makes a lot of sense to start with the Whitehorse end as you are only displacing 2,000 fans initially. I'll be one of them so not keen but if it's got to be done for the good of the club then so be it.

From what I understand light is not an entitlement in building regs.

However privacy is, so the transparent option would be a no go.

We aren't going to make the houses transparent. I don't think the privacy is required the other way around, well maybe for the crapper sets of away fans.

I've always wondered why we cant have a purpose built , state of the art stadium along the A23 corridor adjacent to the Croydon Airport area, there is a stack of land there , construction could commence without any issues with SP, SP could be sold to Sainsburys for a fortune extend the Tramlink and Bobs your uncle everything could be sorted in 18 months.

Terrible transport links, no parking spaces, no pubs and more importantly it's too far from Crystal Palace.

If we were Croydon FC then fair enough, we can move anywhere within the borough of Croydon. But we are Crystal Palace FC so we MUST stay as near as possible to our original home.

I'm tough. I'm ambitious. I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, I'm OK with that.
