The quality of football's not been great, but did anyone seriously expect anything other than a dog fight this season? Personally I've got a feeling we're doomed, but I'm grateful that however it turns out, TP has made us competitive and given us a chance, teams haven't been rolling us over easily, because let's face it, it looked like it was going to get embarrassing under holloway. After the Foolham debacle, all of us would've taken the position we're in now at the end of march and I'm cool with the fact that if we do go down at least they've done us proud and given it a go.

Personally I've got a feeling we're doomed, but I'm grateful that however it turns out, TP has made us competitive and given us a chance, teams haven't been rolling us over easily, because let's face it, it looked like it was going to get embarrassing under holloway.

After the Foolham debacle, all of us would've taken the position we're in now at the end of march and I'm cool with the fact that if we do go down at least they've done us proud and given it a go.

On current form and with the tactics we are using I just don't see salvation and I can't see us winning any of our remaining fixtures Wouldn't it be better to be a little bolder and try to score some goals? If we do this and still go down then at least we'll be entertained and can hold our head high. At the moment it is just embarrassing and we'll be remembered only for our marvellous support. Man and boy Palace since my first game in 1948 sitting on my dad's shoulders

On current form and with the tactics we are using I just don't see salvation and I can't see us winning any of our remaining fixtures

Wouldn't it be better to be a little bolder and try to score some goals?

If we do this and still go down then at least we'll be entertained and can hold our head high.
At the moment it is just embarrassing and we'll be remembered only for our marvellous support.

In reality in this league when we are playing away from home or a top five team home or away we have to set up to play defensively. The reason its dull for so many to watch is our strikers are toothless and I'm sorry to say I include Murray in that at the present time. If we had a quality goal scorer at this level we'd be nicking points all over the shop. I don't see how Pulis has got much choice other than to set up the way we are if we are hoping to scrape enough points to survive.

I think you're wrong, we've far from embarrassed ourselves, teams know they've been in a game against us, arsenal got embarrassed at chelski, we didn't, we put up a fight, several teams have been embarrassed by man city, we gave them one of their toughest games at the etihad. Yes we're struggling to score and it's a struggle for us to pick up points, but we're not embarrassing ourselves, we start throwing men forward and being too adventurous, then it could get embarrassing. I think you're wrong, we've far from embarrassed ourselves, teams know they've been in a game against us, arsenal got embarrassed at chelski, we didn't, we put up a fight, several teams have been embarrassed by man city, we gave them one of their toughest games at the etihad.

You've jumped to a massive conclusion there! To me the quality of football isn't the be all and end all, as I've already said. My comment re us not being the least attractive club was from a player's perspective, if we're a prem side we'll be able to attract better players and as a consequence the football should be better, step by step.
