Frustrating because I thought we could get something from that on the balance of play, but can't argue with the goals scored. Thought we played relatively well to be honest, and struggled to create real chances against a solid centre back pairing.

Should we have started Bolaise instead of Puncheon ? We played better when Bolaise came on.

In the end I think we paid them too much respect in the first half - but with Januzaj, Mata, RVP and Rooney who wouldn't? It's the games against the teams around us that we need to win - and have been winning. No need to get hung up on results like this one Those games were for the most part very tight affairs.....We can't expect to keep winning them. Points from home games are very important, regardless of who we face.....The teams amongst us have picked up points from the bigger sides and we have to to. These games matter.

Gayle on for Ince Pundit on CNBC feed (sounds like Lee Dixon?) says Tony got his tactics wrong and sat back too long. Certainly Palace look more like scoring now than at any point in first 60 minutes.

We can't compete with the big sides, if we go for it they will catch us as they have too much quality, and if we sit back they will eventually score and we will find it very difficult to come back

man united were very unimpressive, they looked like a team who will finish 6th or 7th..they didn't look like scoring and the penalty was a gift to them

Disappointed we didn't show more attacking threat, we seem to be getting worse against the top 6 sides. I get that points against them is a bonus so why not give it a go?
