Personally I would like to see Victor Moses back on loan until January when we could exercise an option to get him for 6 months or, if good enough, permenantly. Chelsea will know that right now, they would not get the money they paid for him. 3 months at another club, could get him back in form, playing well and therefore increasing his value, to selling him in January or at the end of the season. If we were to sign him permenantly, his wages would be huge and for me, the pressure is on Puncheon and Bolasie, to continue their good form. Here is a question - what if they don't? We have virtually nothing in reserve if Puncheon goes off the boil and Bolasie does not deliver. Getting in Moses (or Zaha) on loan would be the best scenario for us - but it is not about what we want, it is what the players want. Wilf by all accounts wants to stay at Man U, while this rumour about Moses never really amounts to anything. So, for me it is a loan - to start with. Punch and Yannick need to be able to fight for their positions, as history shows they have gone off form quite quickly in the past. There's no logic to that at all, correct me if I'm wrong but he spent a year on loan at Liverpool, where if anywhere was going to spark some life into his game that is the place, as their style of game suited his game. He also was poor at the world cup for Nigeria.

Not if the evidence of the world cup is anything to go by, he was very poor in Brazil.

It is true that Moses was pretty pants last season. However, he had flashes of good play in his first few matches for Liverpool but when he didn't get a run of games he went right off the boil. The plus side of his poor season and World Cup is that it is unlikely that he is a 10 million plus player anymore. Pretty likely Chelsea will want to get rid. A few mil, at the most, would secure him.

If they came to Palace they'd be bigger fish in a smaller pond again and you'd hope they'd be able to find the confidence they so clearly need to flourish. A large element of that is the fans - if you are Wilf and running with the ball and the whole of Selhurst is putting their noise behind you and encourage you to run and do your stuff then you'll have a lift of pressure and take people on and beat them. You are not going to get that same support and lift of pressure at Old Trafford where you are walking in paths trodden by the likes of Ronaldo and Giggs - you've got to earn the support there and it takes time and they won't be forgiving and it can't be easy for someone with a long way to go.

I totally agree. They showed their class here and both Moses and Zaha could do it again. I would be happy to see them back home and settled into the team where they have a great chance of rekindling their potential. Quote jpegnall at 05 Aug 2014 10.29am

In the space of 24 hours, i have gone from feeling invincible, to bottom of the pile again. Absolute sh&t. Which is how I feel now. We are once again relegation favourites, and I hate it.
