Todays first download is a show that was recorded at the Blood Orange County, Pacific Amphitheater, Costa Mesa, California on the 23rd July 2003. This show was released as a dvd - this is the audio rip of the dvd and is sounds superb... really great sound. Steely Dan are one of my favourite bands and this is one I didn't have in my collection and grabbed it as soon as I saw it... A top setist with classics like "Do It Again" "Reelin In The Years" "Haitian Divorce" and "Kid Charlemagne" as well as a few others... this is great stuff and if you like Steely Dan - grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Blood Orange County, Pacific Amphitheater, Costa Mesa, CA 23.7.03 - Steely Dan (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 Cubano Chant Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 160MB (Including All Artwork) ** with Dean Parks on guitar Total Time : 1hr 56mn 06sc Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by Jackson Browne that was recorded at the Centennial Hall, University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ on the 5th March 1996. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an Pre FM soundboard source and sounds absolutely wicked. I've only posted a few albums and boots by Jackson Browne in the past - and none for a while. He performs his most famous tracks "The Pretender" and "Running On Empty" in a two hour set. If you like Jackson Browne then grab this one... this is well worth the download.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live At The Centennial Hall, University Of Arizona, Tucson, AZ 5.3.96 - Jackson Browne (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 - I'm Alive (6:22) Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 165MB (Including Artwork) Playlist length : 2 hours 21 seconds Enjoy! Todays extra download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album. On May 28, 2012 Alvin Lee played what sadly proved to be his last live show at a festival in Raalte Holland. This is a recording of that show in which AL shows why he was a top blues/rock guitarist. He plays the classics "Slow Blues in C" "Love Like A Man" and "Going Home" . Alvin died on March 6th 2013 in Marbella, Spain following complications during routine surgery. If you like Ten Years After - or Alvin Lee's excellent guitar work - then grab this show.... Here is a download link I found for :- The Last Show - Alvin Lee (2013) Bitrate : 320Kbps Tracklisting : 01 Hear Me Calling Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 181MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Todays first download is a set by Paul McCartney that was recorded on Wednesday night the 16th October 2013 at the BBC Maida Vale studios, London. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. Macca has been doing the rounds with live performances as he promotes his latest album called "New" (which has been previously posted). A good selection of solo, Wings and Beatles tracks on this one - this is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- BBC Radio 2 In Concert 2013, Live at the Maida Vale Studios, BBC, London, UK. 16.10.13 - Paul McCartney (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. Todays second download is a set by HAIM that was recorded at the Budweiser Made In America Festival in Philadelphia on the 31st August 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. HAIM have been doing the rounds this year and I've posted sets by them from the festivals at Glastonbury, Reading, T-in-the-park, and the iTunes Fest in London. They have been promoting their album "Days Are Gone" (which I've previously posted). This show contains the best version of their hit single "The Wire" that I've heard.. If you like HAIM - then grab this show - this is thoroughly recommended.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at Tje Budweiser Made In America Festival, Philadelphia, PA. USA, 31.8.13 - HAIM (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Better Off Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 75.6MB IIncluding Artwork) Enjoy! Todays extra download is a set by John Fogerty that was recorded in Landover, Maryland, USA on the 4th July 1987. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs and album by JF in the past and if you downloaded any of those you know what to expect. This is another crackin' show which ends with the classic "Proud Mary". If you burn this to disc you can leave out tracks 10 & 12 and the cd will still sound seamless... this is thoroughly recommended.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Capital Centre, Landover, Maryland 4.7.87 - John Fogerty (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. Announcer Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 83.8MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! Attachment: John fogerty - live capital center landover 4.7.87.jpg (74.29Kb)
