Back to topic: What puzzles me is if Boris has had the virus, as he did about 3 months ago, and if you can build antibodies against it, then why is he having to isolate from being in contact with an infected person? If you do develop antibodies, he doesn't need to isolate, and if you don't then a vaccine is not going to work either!

I get it from the 'if you have flu' you don't go into work angle, while you correctly say this virus shouldn't make him ill due to antibodies it seems very infectious compared to most airborne stuff......though how infectious for those previously infected I wouldn't know. That said, most of what the government has done is political posturing and I should imagine that Johnson is well aware how this plays....maybe he doesn't need to isolate but it has propaganda usefulness. Here's a good chart which shows why we don't need a lockdown in London. Mortality is the same as usual for this time of year, no more, no less.

Fascinating documentary from Channel 4 on how the government lost control of the virus resulting in the current lock-down. And how the tories are spending billions on their private chums and getting nothing but trouble. They appear to just trust people with no experience at all, bung them any amount in hope something may work.
