Todays second download is a set by The Allman Brothers Band that was recorded in Sacramento, California on the 5th October 1991. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast and sounds top notch. I've posted loads of Allman Brothers albums over the years - this is another top sounding boot for the collection. If you've downloaded any of the previous stuff I've posted then grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Glasvegas that was recorded at the Rockpalast, Essen, Germany on the 22nd November 2008. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first bootleg by Glasvegas that I've posted - although I've previously posted a few studio released albums. If you like Glasvegas, then give this one a try - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a recent set by Graham Parker that was recorded on the 1st of this month in Nuremberg, Germany. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've only had a quick listen to this - it sounds great and I believe it's an acoustic set. I've posted stacks of albums by Graham Parker over the years - this is another top sounding show for the collection. If you like Graham Parker - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by The Police that was recorded at Park West in Chicago on the 25th May 1979. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a pre-fm soundboard recording that sounds absolutely wicked. When I was checking this boot I thought it sounded familiar and a quick check on my files found that I'd previously posted this on the 31st July 2010. If you missed it then, grab this one now - it's one of the best sounding Police bootlegs available anywhere... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a short acoustic set by Mr Big that was recorded in Madrid, Spain in 1993 - the exact date and venue aren't listed. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. The band only play 4 songs starting with a cover of the Cat Stevens classic "Wild World". I've previously posted a couple of bootlegs and studio albums by Mr Big and if you grabbed those - then grab this set.... this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays first download is a set by U2 that was recorded in New York on the 9th October 1987 while the band were touring in support of their album "The Joshua Tree". This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard - and then remastered, declicked and edited to sound fantastic. Some classics by U2 on this one - "Where The Streets Have No Name", "Sunday Bloody Sunday" *Pride (In The Name Of Love" and "Bullet The Blue Sky" are all played. I must admit I am not a great fan of U2 - especially that arsehole Bono - but I know some people like them - so here is a top quality boot from their early days....
