I posted articles from websites stating that the members of EU were concerned that Malta was a tax haven. You are in denial.

Those pointing fingers have high corporation tax rates and are fighting to get elected in countries such as Germany. As you say, there are 'concerns' but no facts. I rest my case and your search for a fight is a fruitless exercise. Go and live in a country before commenting on it to someone who already lives there.

Personal income tax levels are lower in Malta than the UK and several other countries but the country doesn't have massive infrastructure to support. I see you're quoting directly from the glossy tax haven adverts. You missed out the bit where, just as with the Caribbean tax havens, you can buy yourself a passport (and hence your wonderful EU "citizenship"
