He holds no official position. He is neither a Congressman or Senator. He is just a candidate and would become a private citizen again. A citizen facing a number of indictments which would be resurrected after a defeat. He might be able to cut some deals in exchange for guilty pleas, but that doesn’t match his style. How a President Harris handles that would be interesting.

How about the good things the dems have done now and I reckon it will be the very same publications funnily enough !

What a contrast to Trump. Smiles and humility rather than anger and self importance. Optics matter and she scores heavily over Trump in them. It’s early days and she has the benefit of a honeymoon bounce but the first poll since Biden withdrew and endorsed Harris puts her 2% ahead. Happy days!
