3-0 eh ?? For a start their 2 front players Watkins & Buendia for example, carry more threat than we have. Where are we going to get 3 goals from this team in the same game ?? Agree though that this one might be winnable but probably have to settle for a ground out 1-0.

What I find really interesting, is looking at our remaining fixtures, I feel that if we had Roy, I'd be more confident than PV, which is understandable, given his experience and PV's lack of. Sure, it's great to try and play a different style, but not if it means free falling.... This was once a quality forum....

Sure, it's great to try and play a different style, but not if it means free falling....

We're not free falling. Seems to me that PV adopted a more pragmatic style of play given that we were playing against a number of "top" teams in succession. Now have what looks like a more solid midfield combo, we should look to kick on for the rest of the season.

Having watched some of the games involving teams below us this weekend they look nervous and nowhere near as solid at the back as us. Last season, and the start of this, we were a bit gung ho at times. Even if it isn't pretty, we are learning how to grind out results.
