Those positions hardly tell the full story.

Overall, were we comfortably bobbling around mid table for the season, finishing bottom of a mid table pack all challenging for the Europa cup place, or just pipping the relegation pack with a game or two to spare?

Let's not kid ourselves. 2014/15 should've been the benchmark to build from, instead it's been a slog to remain in the division every time.

Same for all the other teams outside the top six

What would be a kinder term, mediocrity?

He had a great season with Fulham kudos for nearly winning the uefa cup.

Like I said, he's perfect for model of treading water.

You need to read what the top six managers think of him, none look forward to facing his team I can assure you of that, why do you think all the top teams bust the bank?

Send the links and I'll read them.

I disregarded Roberto Carlos's take on him as it could well have been personal differences rather than professional, even though he is one of the best left backs of all time...

I just think we can do better. Negativity generally leads to nowhere. His dissing of Wickham was a true eye opener. His record is there to see.

Wiki profile? That's what I'm basing the mediocrity on!

He had massive success BEFORE Fulham.

Not sure what you mean therefore.

Sure, he had ups and downs but he had already extensive international experience pre Fulham, and had enjoyed his fair share of highs.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

His team lost a UEFA Cup final on penalties to Schalke and he blames Hodgson for it and although he started his football career successfully as a striker it was apparently Hodgson's fault when he asked him to do it again!

Saying .."Ayew starts in the League and I only gave Connor this chance because it was the cup" is not dissing I feel, it is protecting a player from injuring himself again, Spurs did not take the silly cup seriously no one does anymore, the intensity of that game was no way the same as that of the league and Wickham is not quite ready to start yet, it was the right thing to say.

Yes, I think Wickham or Benteke will come on as sub.

The big clubs only pay attention to the cup when their weakened teams reach the last eight, it remains quite competitive because almost everyone puts in the equivalent weakened teams, obviously the lower down you go are taking the games more seriously as a means to make some money.
