Well NEILLO, it's just a hunch based on the fact we are supposed to be in debt and that is why we supposedly have to sell AWB in the first place. And 'top two divisions'? There is only one top division worth mentioning in case you haven't noticed. No one cares about the Championship. The current investors were obviously a desperation move by Parish and they have contributed sod all so far from what I can see. Seriously...so were you a Southampton fan? What made you change your mind?

£55m (if true) if a great deal for Palace. As great as AWB is, full backs don’t win you games. Wilf does. Ward is a solid pro a very capable of doing a job for us. Very rarely does he put a foot wrong. Personally, I’d like to get Clyne back on the cheap, he’d be a snip at £10-£12m. £55m could get us a Clyne and 2 strong squad players or 1 big money signing striker. Good luck AWB, he’ll be a star.

Every player at every club has a price at which the club will sell and United have met ours for AWB. So you're only interested in Palace being in the Premier League - how on earth have you been managing to support the club when they weren't there, which has been the majority of the time that I have been a fan. And how do you know that Harris and Blitzer were a '' desperation move '' - or is that another one of your totally unsubstantiated hunches ??

The occasional mistake is ok. Repeated mistakes are a problem in any walk of life. When he's constantly 4 yards off his man and consistently not cutting out crosses next season remember this exchange.

Whatever it’s for the club needs money, AWB wants to go and we have a buyer and would prefer to sell AWB than Zaha at the moment for football rather than business reasons. The club is stretched in transfer business, wages and at the bank. I don’t know what’s so difficult to understand about this. You cannot specifically say which area the sale is for because the club has issues in all major cost areas holding us back.

Ward is not good enough to be a first choice anymore. He stepped in okay at the end of last season l, when players slow down or aren’t as fresh as him, but give it a bit longer and he does get roasted. We’ll need a quality replacement.

Whilst it’s obviously sad to see a young, potentially brilliant player leave us, we do need a sense of realism and perspective of what sort of club we are at present and who we are competing with. Yes, we all want to progress and I believe we are getting better as a team and bigger as a club outside of this transfer deal which is quite simply too good to turn down. We’re in a vulnerable financial position as it is anyway with or without the stadium developments and this money will sure appease the difficulties. People need to think about the holistic elements of Palace as a football club, not just an 11 man team.

Hence the need for new owners to take out the Americans and put some serious cash in to fully support our ambitions.

We can’t hang onto players because we’re up for sale with no suitors, especially if it’s a RB for £60 mil. No club under 6th or even 3rd does that yet Hrolf expects us to do it down in 16th most of the season without being able to create chances or score goals at home. But that’s okay, Roy probably has input in these considerations.
