Todays first download is a recent set by the Stereophonics that was recorded at the BBC Radio Theatre, London on the 22nd August 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds absolutely wicked. I've posted a lot of Stereophonics stuff over the years and this is another top sounding show for the collection. This is thoroughly recommended..... Todays second download is a set by Zebra that was recorded in Foxboro, MA on the 20th May 2011. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This show features all cover songs by Led Zeppelin - and they have nailed them... a great performance. According to my files this is the first album or bootleg by Zebra that I've posted - and I will be posting more by them in the coming week or two.... in the meantime, if you don't know this band - give this a try... they are really, really good.... this is great stuff and thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Night Ranger that was recorded in Marquette, Missouri on the 8th August 1984. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM Broadcast on the famous King Biscuit Flower Hour Radio Show and sounds top notch. There is the occasional voiceover when the track starts but it doesnt really go over any of the music. If you like Night Ranger then grab this one - if you don't know this band - try this one - this band rock big time..... Todays first download is a set by Queen guitarist Brian May that was recorded on his solo tour of 1993. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. Some classics played on this one - including "Tie Your Mother Down" "Under Pressure" and the legenday "Bohemian Rhapsody"... Brian is joined by drummer Cozy Powell on this one - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Hurricane that was recorded at the Palace, Hollywood on the 7th June 1990. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds wicked. According to my files, this is the first booleg or album by this band that I've posted - but not the last... If this sounds familiar - the lead singer Kelly Hanson has been the lead singer for "Foreigner" for the last 10 years and the bass player is now with Queensryche.... This is great stuff and thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set by Y&T that was recorded at the Reading Rock Festival on the 29th August 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This is only a short set of 8 tracks - probably not the whole set... but still a good one. The band play tracks from their first two albums "Earthshaker" and "Black Tiger". I've posted a few boots by Y&T over the years - this is another show for the collection. Todays extra download is a set by Yesterday & Today (Y&T) that was recorded on the bands Far East Tour of 1986 in Tokyo, Japan in June 1986. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This is only a short boot containing 7 songs but they're good ones and this is a cracking boot. I've not posted much by Y&T over the years according to my files - only one studio album and five bootlegs. This is another for the collection. If you like Y&T then grab this one - it rocks and is thoroughly recommended...
