Despite out of touch people thinking some kind of ideology is going to matter - whatever that ideology is supposed to be - Americans are feeling poorer and squeezed. This will be the main factor in Trump's win. The figures the democrats keep on pointing out do not seem to be what people are experiencing in their everyday lives.

It’s seems absurd but many people including myself believe giggling, lazy Kamala Harris would do an even worse job than cognitively challenged Biden. What a pickle the Democrats find themselves in. They need to get a young, vibrant intelligent man or women in place asap if they’re going to have any chance of beating Trump. Most Republicans I know are praying Biden stays put as that would be a slam dunk victory for Trump.

If anyone needs convincing that Biden needs to stand aside asap it’s this kind of thing that awaits the USA should Trump succeed:- I don’t believe for a moment that all of those ideas would be adopted but the very idea that they are even being discussed is scary enough. There would be chaos in the USA for 4 years if Trump got back in, and it would take many more years to recover and rebuild. This is not what the rest of the western world wants or can afford. Especially us, with our own fractured situation. The DMC needs to find a way to act. Relying on an individual to “do the right thing” isn’t working .

Project 2025 sounds great.....sounds like some actual social conservativism. However, I will say this. Blue states shouldn't be forced into accepting some of this. I favour the abortion ruling by the supreme court where individual states should decide certain social polices rather than have the government force them, when the majority in that state voted for social liberalism. The Democrats don't think like this for red states though. The Democrats believe in forcing people to live their way.....If they were actual liberals instead of autocrats they would reconsider. Ultimately I've always favoured decentralisation and separation as the eventual consequence of how things are going. Lets majorities form within states for different ways of living. The Democrats scare monger about the far right and persecute groups like the Proud Boys but it's their Antifa and other supporters who have caused the main damage around the country because they can't accept results. They will be out rioting and burning down businesses and attacking people again when Trump wins and the Democrats will again remain silent because in truth these are their foot soldiers.....which exposes the double standards they operate by. I'm not so sure it's just Biden who needs convincing, it's the people behind him who'd lose power if he goes. They know that everything is downhill from this. Kind of amusing really when you remember that the Democrats regularly accuse Trump of refusing to give up power when just as with Ginsberg it's more their own side. Will the Democrat bigwigs shut up and go with Biden or won't they. I guess at least we don't have to wait for the next episode of Soap. Unless something happens soon they will have to close ranks as they are only damaging him at the moment.....this was a mess that they created by lying about it in the first place.
