Perhaps. Depends on what money he's given, whether we can get Sakho and what other positions he wants to fill, such as another striker, number 10, etc. You may have to put up with WH again next season!!

In pre-season lots of players are linked to lots of clubs.I would urge circumspection.
I would be astonished if we lured Hart to our club - Transfer free,wages, willingness to come to us in peference to other higher profile clubs.

WH is just not good enough to consistently be between the sticks, week in week out, at this level. He's a very able no. 2 though. His confidence is spent and I'm tired of seeing him flying in the air to no mans land, or standing like a statue as another goal whizzes past him. I remember against Hull he just tried to come out and clear from a cross/corner and made 'another' hash of it! Kinda feel for him but there's no room for sentiment at this level ...

I think West Ham just took up their option of extending his contract for a further 2 years so he would likely demand a fee if West Ham were prepared to sell him

Thanks for the info. I didn't want him but saw it as a cheaper option to strengthen other areas. If we serious then a top keeper is a must.
