This post has been merged from a topic called 'FA Cup Final Ticket Swap' by Old Chap I have 2 adjoining Club Wembley cup final tickets at the Palace end (West) in Block 241, Row 14, Seats 47 & 48. I would like to swap them for adjoining 2 Club Wembley cup final tickets in either Block 212 or 215. Anyone interested?

Out of interest, is this how "genuine fans" stand by each other in America?[/
Unfortunately our desperation to get to Wembley makes us extremely vulnerable to the lowlife scammers out there. Edited by babylonjohn (11 May 2016 3.28pm)

Rather than being scammed I urge fans without tickets to go to Wembley on the day on the off chance you'll be able to buy a spare ticket from a genuine fan. If you don't end up with one at least you can watch it in a pub nearby and experience the atmosphere. This would be my advice exactly. I know people are desperate to go but please don't get scammed. You will be better off travelling up town, getting on the piss, enjoying the atmosphere and asking around for a ticket. I'm sure there will be some knocking about Yes you might have to pay a bit extra but at least you can see the ticket first hand and know exactly what and who you are dealing with, rather than dealing with someone over the internet and giving out bank details and stuff.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

1978 I started attending selhurst park, I find myself in phase 4 due to work and family commitments, I now live in coventry, from 1988- 1998 i had 3 season tickets in the arthur and we as a family went home and away for 12 years, we were at the final in 1990 and the semi final, do i deserve a ticket? I have got one because i am a gold member, nowadays I attend more away games than home games, do I deserve a ticket? A thousand percent you do. I'll STFU now because in defending the points: my mate deserves a ticket and the system will let in some Man U -- I am antagonising. For which I am sorry.
If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities. |

Right, lets set the record straight on my previous post 1. I'm from Croydon, but live in the States Edited by marchyusa (11 May 2016 6.09pm) Spare us the revisionist history as your original post was perfectly clear. You were touting. Yes, you were trying to help Palace fans out by making two extra tickets available but the price to do so was the 250 quid required for you to get into Club Wembley. I don't call that ethical, honest, loyal or gracious. You were behaving like just another chancer happy to get supporters paying over the odds so you could get what you wanted. Fine, now you've realised the Club Wembley deal isn't very attractive but that doesn't change the original facts. That you're a season ticket holder from Croydon only makes your original post even more stomach churning. If there's any doubt, which there isn't, here's your original offer: I would sell my 2 tickets to someone on here who needs them (250 quid each), so I can get the club ones. Well, your tickets didn't cost you anywhere near 250 quid so why were you trying to sell them on for that price. Tout. f*** off. Edited by sydtheeagle (11 May 2016 6.53pm)
