Todays first download is an acoustic set by Paul Rodgers that was recorded in Madrid, Spain on the 8th May 2002. This is in superb quality - really crystal clear sound and is a wicked set. Only a short one, but a really good one with classic tracks like "Alright Now" "Feel Like Makin' Love" and "Bad Company". This has got to be one of the best acoustic bootlegs anywhere... if you like Paul Rodgers this is a must have..... Todays second download is a set by the Grateful Dead that was recorded at Watkins Glenn, New York on the 27th July 1973. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. The story behind this boot is that the band had arrived at the festival site a day before their show and that evening wanted to do a rehearsal - like other bands had already done. The other bands played a couple of songs to set their levels and left... the Dead came on and played a set of 6 songs and then announced "We're Gonna Take A Short Break" and when they reappeared they played another 5 songs including a wicked 20 minute jam. If you're a deadhead - then grab this one... this is thoroughly recommended..... Todays extra download is a set by Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls that was recorded at this years T In The Park Festival in Kinross, Scotland on the 14th July 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a webcast and sounds top notch. I recently post a BBC set by Frank Turner and if you grabbed that one - then give this one a try... this is great stuff... thoroughly recommended..... Todays first download is a set by Depeche Mode that was recorded at the BBC Paris Studios, London on the 10th February 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM Broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I've posted a lot of albums and bootlegs by DM over the years - including some very recent sets. This is going back 30+ years to the 80's and is a great set. It was rebroadcast on BBC R6 music hour on the 1st May 2010. If you like DM - this is thoroughly recommended.....
