Steve, Just reading about Pablo's comments on Burley's departure, it seems to me he is only here because of GB and not CPFC. I understand his loan period is for the whole season and his attitude worries me. If needed could he be sent back? Thanks for your time. What attitude? Where in this unofficial quote have you seen a bad attitude? "I don't think it was the right thing to do. We needed to stick together and stay calm."

Hi Steve, good response. There is one thing I was intrigued to know. Do you ever use the BBS and HOL for player suggestions? Obviously I know you wouldnt sign someone up by reading a copy and paste of a wikipedia page! It would just be good to know as I think fans would love to know they play a small part in signing successful players for their club. Names like Boyd, Tubbs, Le Fondre, Wright- Phillips, Rhodes and Austin are great suggestions if they come with sensible fees (obviously not all). Iversen was also suggested on HOL a while back. Also is the competitive side of you wanting to square it off with Millwall by signing Puncheon underneath their noses?
Puncheon......it did cross my mind

Steve, thanks a lot for keeping us fans informed of the latest developments. I for one must admit that I am a little concerned about the future, solely because Burley was creating a footballing philosophy I agreed with yet it was starting to get to a stage where results had to improve! I know you've said you want to get the right manager rather than a 'manager right now' but are you a little concerned that too much time looking for the right manager may damage any player recruitment plans we have? Will you be asking candidates as to which players they want? Will the Plymouth left-back still be signing (I rate him)? Cheers steve, keep up the hard work! Yes to all the above except lb which is up to the new manager

Steve.. By you already saying that you'd consider Dougie as Palace boss permanently, does this mean that he and Burley have different methods and styles?

Hi Steve First of all thanks for coming on here and talking to us all. It is a real refreshing change to have honest conversation with the owners. You have said that you have 10 applicants for the managers job. Can you give us any indication in terms of a timeline in how the process of recruitment works ? Do you interview all 10, or do you select your best 3 and interview them only ? And bearing in mind the Jan transfer window is ticking along, will an appointment be made relatively quickly ? Many thanks

Steve, sod what the new manager wants - put your foot down and sign Puncheon. Your the boss, and what you say goes. then if it doesnt work - blame the new guy.

Steve, Your a legend mate, for coming on here and having the balls to answer fans questions honestly, and also giving as good as some fans give out with some of your decisions. No chairman would do this if 1, he wasn't a true fan and 2, if he/she cared so much for this club. So just want to say a massive thanks for saving this great club of our's and keeping us informed with whats going on. Just hope our next manager is the right one ( whoever you get's it ). Have 6 games sorted between now and the end of the season from over here , so you lot have my full support. EAGLES

I would imagine that he was only here to work under Burley...
