Todays extra download is a set by The Pixies that was recorded at the Cabaret Metro, Chicago on the 10th August 1989. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've previously posted a few boots from this tour - but not this show. If you like The Pixies - then this is a must have - thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is another set from the Glastonbury Festival this year - and an upgrade to a previous boot that I posted. This is the set by The Rolling Stones - complete. I originally only posted from the track "Miss You" which is the first track of disc 2 on this boot.. the tracks prior to that were not transmitted by the BBC. This show has been taken from a satellite soundboard feed and sounds absolutely wicked - top notch sound. If you grabbed the previous boot I posted - then grab this one .... this is thoroughly recommended... this is the Stones.... This is the set by Primal Scream and this is in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. This is a crack set by PS which includes the final 3 tracks with Haim. A top version of "Rocks" gets the audience going... this is great stuff and thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set from the recent Glastonbury festival in Pilton, Somerset. This is the set by Tame Impala and it's in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard. According to my files this is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - although I have previously posted a couple of studio released albums. If you like Tame Impala then this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays first download is a set by Who front man Roger Daltrey and a show that was recorded in Boston on the 8th December 1985 while on tour promoting his album "Under A Raging Moon". This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've only posted a few solo shows from Roger over the years - this is another good one for the collection. A wicked setlist includes his solo work as well as a dip into The Who file. This is great stuff and thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is another set from this years Glastonbury Festival and the set by Johnny Marr. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted that many solo albums or boots by JM - but I have posted quite a few when he was with The Smiths. He performs a couple of songs by The Smiths on this boot. If you like Johnny Marr - then grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended.... This is the set by The Lumineers and this is in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first bootleg or album by this band that I've posted. This is a top set with a crackin' setlist which includes a wicked version of "Have You Ever Seen The Rain" - a cover of the Creedance Clearwater Revival song. If you like The Lumineers - then grab this one, this is thoroughly recommended.... If you saw this set on TV during the festival you will know that this was a great set which really got the audience going. Some classic tracks and covers are performed on this one - which if you like Chic or Nile Rodgers is a must have - this is thoroughly recommended...
