Yes, the entire contents became the property of the shopkeeper. As previously posted the situation could have been avoided if he'd paid his bill but he chose not to. Like he did with his taxes. Ignore the bill paying issue. That’s established fact. I am not so sure that the intellectual property question is though as, so far as I am aware, it’s not yet been tested in court.

There is no such thing as an English nationality. It doesn’t exist. We are all British citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Great Britain comprising the countries of England, Scotland and Wales. Nothing other than culture makes you English, Scottish or Welsh. Every one of them is a British national.

In interviews, several experts on Delaware law agreed that the document would make the laptop legally Mac Isaac’s after that time, and once he took possession of the computer, nothing would legally prevent Mac Isaac from sharing its contents with the world.

And yet there are proud Cornish people.

Complete nonsense. Very few can be called British. You must either be born here or acquire citizenship after a minimum of 5 years. That first requires you obtaining a visa to be here and few can. There’s nothing in anyone’s genes that makes them English or anything else. It’s entirely cultural. You better tell all those ancestry web sites. There are in fact some genetic markers that exist only in English people. Do some research. Maybe The Jewish Chronicle has an article on it.

Presumably Hunter signed the terms and conditions which included the contents. It probably wouldn't be a simple intellectual property case, however, as no one ever reads software license agreements. Usually, they state that images and videos can be used if stored on certain accounts. Often, people's images and videos are stored on Google for example. Or some other free cloud service. State secrets would be a different matter. Biden should classify his son as Top Secret perhaps. Top Secret Ukraine consultant or something. Fighting for Freedom between rehabs. Could have a costume.

So when Scotland played England and you were cheering them on because Jimmy Mac was playing. That makes sense. Quite possibly if he was the only Palace man in action then.

How can that possibly be true when we are an amalgam of various immigrations right back to when there was a land bridge between the rest of Europe and the British Isles? There cannot be a single marker that is found in us alone.

No cloud storage owner could just use the images because they happen to be on their own hardware. I doubt very much whether T & C would be specific on the issue and in any case T & C are often not legally binding. They are much more often frighteners intended to stop people from pursuing legal redress. I remain unconvinced.

The term is Cornish and they all have direct genetic links to other Celtic areas in France, Wales, Ireland and Scotland as well as some in Spain. As well as with other groups in England and elsewhere. Somewhere there will be a link to you too.
