Let me give you an example. Central London property is now partly owned by a mixture of old school British society wealth, but mostly by Russian, Arab and Chinese money. This fact is not exposed to the general public but it has a massive effect on our economy and the value of property in central London. Properties lie empty and often are bought either to launder money or to look for capital growth rather than rental income. So here is an example of corporate wealth controlling huge swaths of property across central London, forcing up rents elsewhere because of an artificially created shortage. It all sounds like nothing doesn't it until you consider instances in many walks of life. We are being controlled by wealthy corporates whether you like it or not. Amazon taking over from the High Streets, Apple creating equipment that falls apart just in time for their latest update. It sounds implausible but it is everywhere and now we have a government and a press that want to push a fear campaign nationwide with mixed messages none of which have been truly validated because they have a history of lies and contradiction. They arnt buying 2 up 2 downs or three bed semis.

What annoys me the most is when we go abroad we have to "Quarentine" on our return. But if you are an athlete (football) and go away for a european game there is no 2 "week quarentine" even if we get tested upon our return we are asked to still quarentine because the results are not "100% accurate" which is just ridiculous in my opinion. I am fully in favour of just wear your mask wash your hands and get on with your life. If you are high risk then isolate yourself and wait for a "Vaccine" in the next 4 years! What is even more ridiculous is that there appears to have been more cases of footballers getting it than the public (by ratio). There will always be one rule for one and one for others. Young girl gets fined £6,000 for visiting parents, politician gets away with a slapped wrist for getting on public transport for a 3 hour journey when she had already been diagnosed. Contradictions, lies, favouritism, it sums this country up.

I also believe it affects Joe Public. If 99% cannot afford then those who can't afford move out a bit then those who can't afford there, move out a bit further still and the knock on effect continues until London becomes commuter only and the centre of London dies as a home as well as a place to work. It's happening already and affects all of us.

I agree with this. The problem with the owning nothing idea is there will end up being no incentive to do or be anything so we will end up with misery I another form. Look at Cuba. Looked and sounded lovely for a couple of generations. Then people realised there was no point and put their feet up.

Or 24 days in prison. I expect £6,000 isn’t much to her parents in Jersey.

There is certainly a lot of money being raked in. Three months profits in dollars: Apple 12.7 bn, Facebook 7.85 bn, Google 11.25 bn, Amazon 6.3 bn.

She broke the rules 4 times ffs. She should take notice of the scientific predictions by Professor ‘I’ll sh&g who and when I want’ Neil Ferguson. And of all the inflated & falsified numbers. These are a big part of the problems with compliance & belief. There has been no straight talking. Just threats, rules, restrictions with lies to justify them, with politicians ignoring it the same. People will then make choices and often assess what they’re doing when they break rules, like actually not being near people, or not mixing with different or more people than is sensible or necessary or normal. I heard on Talkradio this morning a doctor on the frontline pull the current fear narrative and the hospital situation and figures to pieces. I’ll post a link if it gets posted, and I’m sure it will. She broke the rules 4 times ffs. What, a bit like a politician who is diagnosed ill with Covid, (not just breaking lockdown), 1) using whatever mode of transport to get to the train station 2) Catching a 3 hour train back to London 3) Walking through a station at both ends of the journey 4) using whatever mode of transport she used to get home. 4 instances of breaking the law and this woman was knowingly carrying Covid. How TF is that the same.
