Whilst there are other means of obtaining tests do you not question at all the legitimacy of these numbers? It will be interesting tomorrow when there is going to be a coordinated “check” on every England testing station at 1:00 - if they all show empty car parks would you not agree that something does not add up? This Government has lied on every issue (it amuses me that some posters are so quick to challenge the Government on Brexit but if you dare to question this same Government on CV19 and it’s reaction to it then you are a conspiracy theorist) - I do not trust them at all and would jot be surprised if these numbers are “massaged” to increase the fear message being driven 24 hours a day. Fine but why is it good to put fear in your populus. It doesnt make sense in a western democracy. This is why I dont believe the conspiracy theories. No one has answered why.

what is getting my goat with all this, i am working from home so have the radio on, it seems like every day the news has some Professor from the University of Dagenham saying oh we need a lockdown now, cos the cases are going up, we are all going to die, 20000000 cases by next thursday, end of humanity as we know it...

I’d be surprised if you didn’t get your head kicked in multiple times on football days once you get near SE25 and away again. As has been said, the bloke probably wasn’t even near him. When I haven’t been wearing a loose token mask in the past couple of months I haven’t been near anyone. All the mask wearing has done in my experience is dropping the social distancing and increasing the poor hand hygiene. Is it right what he did? No. Unfortunately human behaviour in big cities isn’t what you’d want it to be. Deal with it or do something about it. Trying to make people ashamed because they’re pointing out reality to you doesn’t achieve that.

Much of it does not make sense - my thoughts are rather than viewing any challenge to the official narrative as a conspiracy theory, review alternative view points and make your own judgement? I am genuinely not sure of the “why” - I guess like most of these things it will be about money and control?

All true, logical and basic common sense. At to that how could you possibly manage some of these conspiracies? The controls don't exist and if they did would surely be exposed, rather than theorised about.

Without meaning to diminish the importance of the story about the terrorist atrocity in France, and the need to cover it and the background, surely it's quite right to keep things in perspective. The pandemic is costing thousands of lives and if an alternative approach is being proposed by experts that could save many of them it deserves to be top of the news agenda. It might be less sensational, or even boring by now, but it's more important.

What annoys me the most is when we go abroad we have to "Quarentine" on our return. But if you are an athlete (football) and go away for a european game there is no 2 "week quarentine" even if we get tested upon our return we are asked to still quarentine because the results are not "100% accurate" which is just ridiculous in my opinion. I am fully in favour of just wear your mask wash your hands and get on with your life. If you are high risk then isolate yourself and wait for a "Vaccine" in the next 4 years!

The controls don't exist and if they did would surely be exposed, rather than theorised about. Let me give you an example. Central London property is now partly owned by a mixture of old school British society wealth, but mostly by Russian, Arab and Chinese money. This fact is not exposed to the general public but it has a massive effect on our economy and the value of property in central London. Properties lie empty and often are bought either to launder money or to look for capital growth rather than rental income. So here is an example of corporate wealth controlling huge swaths of property across central London, forcing up rents elsewhere because of an artificially created shortage. It all sounds like nothing doesn't it until you consider instances in many walks of life. We are being controlled by wealthy corporates whether you like it or not. Amazon taking over from the High Streets, Apple creating equipment that falls apart just in time for their latest update. It sounds implausible but it is everywhere and now we have a government and a press that want to push a fear campaign nationwide with mixed messages none of which have been truly validated because they have a history of lies and contradiction.

How are such things exposed if theories about them are dismissed out of hand as conspiracies?
