I think he almost certainly wants to leave - but no one will meet the 70m clause this summer. Perhaps January.

The Old Testament is full of absolute rubbish. No wonder as it forms the basis of three different major religions so there is absolutely no way it can say much clearly. However, I don't remember it saying 'make money, not friends'. That has to be some kind of silly interpretation.

I don't believe he is going, however just a small indicator of his importance to the club is that myself and a few mates are about to treat ourselves and splash out on Speroni's lounge season tickets at close to £4k a pop this year. If Wilf leaves, none of them, including me will do the deal and I will just share a normal season ticket with a mate as I have done the last year or so. The harm that would be caused if they let him go so late in the window would be immeasurable in so many ways (me and my mates money being the least of them, but you get the idea).

As I started off by saying, I don't see him going, but if he did the affect it would have would be devastating and I will be totally gutted.

Rather not have you there at all if you can’t support the team in good and bad times.

Do fans in the Speroni’s lounge seats make that much noise anyway?

somebody tell me why this instagram post doesn't mean he is really eager to leave? (I'm willing to be convinced)

If he does in fact want to leave, have a deal in place for him to move by the opening minute of the window next summer. We need to stop being a one man team, he's my favorite player but we CAN'T move forward without selling him. If Roy is going 4-4-2 i don't know why the club didn't sell Benteke to China to invest in the squad and strenghthen our chances of keeping Wilf.

Oh well, sun goes up, sun comes down.

He does have a contract, which he signed, if he wants to go - fine, but on our terms, starting next summer.

I will not be impressed until he has a flying car or a car that he can make invisible. Most people in top cars can only drive them fast in straight lines anyway. It’s a bit like football management. You have to start and learn with inferior goods. I used to be able to beat nearly everything on bends of bending dual carriageways in an old escort a while back. They then pull away on straights in shame. Even funnier when they have passengers.

Before everyone starts to panic about his Instagram post the change means a change of Car as he has just purchased a new vehicle.

He is not going anywhere this season but very possibly next season.

Relax and enjoy watching him for the next 12 months.
