I cant believe people are quoting The Mirror and Star as reliable sources of information on the status, wages etc.. - you may as well ask your 3 year olds what they think and know.


My rule is, if the papers say something I want to hear then I believe them (and text my dad on an hourly basis to tell him we are signing Austin, Cabaye, Falcao etc) but if it's something I don't want to hear then I go "pah, just newspaper nonsense". For that reason I'm pretty convinced Ian Wright is still playing for us.

Agree. We won't sell Dann, it makes no sense to push so hard for Cabaye to help us fight within the top ten only to sell one of our best players to another club fighting in the lower half of the top ten (and below us last season).

Mm sorry about that, was in a bad mood last night, just seemed that we had done the hard work and rumours that the sh*t outfit from the east end had nicked him..... Anyone but them, would love to get him but surely the wage structure will be going out of the window, and could upset the current squad?

I'm very worried that waiting 48hrs for a medical opens the door to

Not sure who to believe. BBC says close to signing . Daily Star (I think) saying that we are going to lose out to West Ham. Finger in the air time , I think. Hopefully, closer to a fist pump or " get in " than a cry in the corner into my beer.
