What wonderful parents the Bidens must be to have such well-rounded children. You'd think that the Biden's had enough money to be able to afford to take separate showers...I wonder if Joe sniffed his daughter's hair and that confirmed that she needed to take a shower. 'Here, come join me...'
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

As she has clearly stated that the conclusions being drawn by many are incorrect it is not valid for anyone to continue to draw incorrect conclusions. Unless you are prepared to call her a liar as well as slandering Biden. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with a man showering with his 13 year old daughter. It happens thousands of times every day on beaches around the world. Context matters and in this case there is none. There are only assumptions. Even if some of those assumptions were correct, and quite rightly we will never know because of its intensely private nature, there is still nothing intrinsically wrong. I wouldn’t, but some might see it as completely natural and without any sexual implications. It’s not illegal. Do you think it ought to be?

As I asked previously - what would a social worker, in any of our countries, make of this? In Ireland, your child would likely be brought into state care.

Glad that has been cleared up, all seemed a bit murky to begin with. Where does she say she, or he, were naked? Or are you assuming that? She did though issue a statement in her own words after the trial of those who stole and released her private diary, which contained words intended only for herself, to try to stop the harm the theft had caused. I think we would all do the same.

'Here, come join me...' It’s this type of spurious nonsense that so dignifies politics in the USA at the moment. It’s sad to see it appearing here.

I don’t think they would be the least interested unless there was any evidence or suspicion of actual inappropriate behaviour. How families interact is a private matter until a law is broken. What is normal for you may not be for others. You can regard it as abnormal or even distasteful but I don’t think a social worker will make such a judgement.

My objection to the whole thing is likely the same as yours when you say out wouldn't do it. Why not? Presumably because it would be inappropriate. That's my opinion as well. No allegation of anything else just that the premise is wrong.
