So, the net sum of our transfer window is that we now have less players than we had at the start of the window. What a complete s***show

Supported this club for 52 years. Had enough now. I hate to say it but why should I bother when owners don't. We supporters are total mugs. When Parish drives home tonight in his top of the range whatever it is, and all the players look at their bank statements, does anybody think they will give a s***. No, just stupid fans like us. No other business in the world treats people like s*** but we still come back for more. Not me.I've had enough

Not too bothered about missing out on the players that we were rumoured to be going for tbh. Bowen looked good but don't think worth the reported fee that Wet Spam have paid: only time will tell if I'm wrong, though. If Ferguson was an operation waiting to happen, then well swerved as we have enough injured already. Daly, Jokilo, McGregor, Henry and Banks not ready for 1st team, so good to loan out. [Correction - Daly been sold but not too bothered] Wickham needs regular game time to build his match fitness: however, we haven't got much attacking cover for Tosun, Ayew or Benteke, so surprised that we let him go. However, Wickham can't seem to get past just a few games before getting injured. Feel for the guy but....something had to give. However I,as a Palace fan for over 50 years, trust that the players that we have will be more than adequate for where we expect Palace to be at the end of the season (mid table). Palace will not go bust anytime soon due to more frugal spending and clearing out of deadwood, will be in the Premier League next season and for many more years and we have the best squad that we have had for a long time. I will, as always, be at the game tomorrow and will give all my support to the team and the manager and scream my head off to help them get the 3 points: I suggest that everyone else does the same. All these comments of "giving up my ST" and "why do I support this team?" and suchlike can be easily remedied: go and support some other more worthy team. I for one will put up with us having bad transfer deadline days like today if it means that we don't go bust, buy crocks or have our "pants pulled down" like we have had before. You stick with it mate. I won’t blame Wilf if he leaves in the summer, then we are f***ed. The AWB money is not reinvested, nor will any Wilf money be reinvested. Next season will be difficult.
