Todays first download is a set by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds that was recorded at this years Coachella Music & Arts Festival in Indio, CA on the 14th of this month. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted lots of boots and albums by Nick Cave over the years - this is another great addition to the collection. The Songs "Jubilee Street" and "Push the Sky Away" featured backing vocals from a children's choir from the Silverlake Music Conservatory in Silverlake, California. If you like Nick Cave - this is thoroughly recommended.... This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast on the famous King Biscuit Flower Hour radio show and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs by The Romantics over the years - this is another good one for the collection. If you like The Romantics you will want this one - thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is the first album or bootleg by this artist that I've posted. This is Sheena Easton and a show recorded at the Palace Theatre, Hollywood, CA on the 22nd September 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I was surprised that I had nothing by her in my files - and this is a good show to start with. She performs her most well known song "Morning Train" - a song which when released elsewhere was called "9 Til 5"... If you've not heard Sheena in concert - give this one try... this is thoroughly recommended... This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is only the second boot by this band that I've posted - mainly because its the second boot by them I've seen. I've previously posted a show they played at the London iTunes Festival 2010 - so it's about time something else showed up. If you like Phoenix - grab this one... this is thoroughly recommended..... Todays first download is a set by Meat Loaf that was recorded in New York on the 1st September 1978. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a lot of bootlegs by Meat Loaf over the years - I think this is the best sounding of them all. The quality of this boot is fantastic - the stereo is wicked and the mix is spot on. If you Like Meat Loaf you will want this one - it also has Todd Rundgren make a gues appearance onstage along with Jim Steinman performing a song that hadnt been released at the time.... this is great stuff.... Todays second download is a bootleg by The Kinks that has been taken from studio master tapes and features unreleased and rare studio recordings by the band between 1963-1970. This is in superb quality and sounds top notch. I've posted a lot of stuff by The Kinks over the years - but not this one according to my files. This is a must have if you like The Kinks - thoroughly recommended.... I've not posted a lot by Portishead over the years as good quality shows seem to be rare. This is a good one though and if you like Portishead - this is one for the collection.
