Todays second download is a set by Yes that was recorded on the 6th March this year at the Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, California. This is an audience recorded show - and you may know that I never usually post audience recorded boots as they usually sound crap. This one is excellent - top sound for an audience show and gives and real taste of the bands current line up and tour. The band perform three of their most famous album in their entirety "The Yes Album" "Close To The Edge" and "Going For The One". This is the 4th show of the current tour and during the show Steve Howe seemed to get upset at the monitor engineer a couple of times - indicating that he couldn't hear his monitor, and he actually left the stage for a short while.. but it gets sorted eventually. It's a miracle that Geoff Downes is playing at all - his daughter died in an accident in February this year. Overall a good show and if you like Yes - one you will want to listen to..... Here is a download link I found for :- "Close To The LA" Live at the Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, CA 6.3.13 - Yes (Bootleg) Quality : Excellent Tracklisting : 01. Firebird Suite Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 138MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) The Line-up : Enjoy! Attachment: Yes - Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles, CA 6.3.13.jpg (160.05Kb)

This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. Some classics by the beards on this one including "Gimme All Your Lovin" "Sharp Dressed Man" and "Tush" are all played. I've not posted that many boots by ZZ Top over the years - only half dozen or so... and it's about time I posted another.... this is a good one that is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Emerson, Lake & Palmer that was recorded at the Convention Center, Anaheim, CA on the 10th February 1974. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. This is easily one of the best sounding ELP boots I've ever heard. A great recording of their "Brain Salad Surgery" tour. It seems that whoever put this boot together has had a bit of fun, and included some audio from some of the original "Star Trek" episodes in at various points in the boot... they are worth the download on their own.... but easily deleted if not wanted..... Here is a download link I found for :- "The Callow And Crash And Idle Eyes" Live at The Convention Center, Anaheim CA. 10.2.74 - Emerson, Lake & Palmer (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Side 1 : Side 2 : Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 85.7MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting/Filenotes) Enjoy! Hi staffie You posted a Clapton bootleg a couple of days ago and I was wondering if you could find his latest album "Old Sock" released last month. I've looked at all the "usual suspect" sites but can't find a sniff of it! Thanks

Todays first download is a set by The Who that was recorded at the Civic Center, Glen Falls, NY on the 16th June 1989. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard. These tracks are from a tour rehearsal by the band and sound top notch. A top version of the classic "Hey Joe" on this one is worth the download on its own... a song rarely performed by the band. I first posted this show on the 21st November 2009 and if you missed it then - grab it now... this is great stuff and thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link for :- Tour Rehearsal, Civic Center, Glen Falls, NY. 16.6.89 - The Who (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 Goodbye Sister Disco Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 55.5MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy!
