Todays first download is a set by Blur guitarist Graham Coxon that was recorded at the Pukkelpop Festival, Belgium 2004. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first bootleg by GC that I've posted - although I have posted a couple of his 8 solo albums. If you haven't heard Graham live before - give this one a go... this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Johnny Winter that was recorded in San Diego, CA in 1974. For a bootleg thats nearly 40 years old this is in superb quality. This is a cracking show with a top setlist that features an incredible version of the classic "Hey Joe". I first posted this show on the 27th February 2009 and if you missed it then, grab it now - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Rikki Lee Jones that was recorded at the Nakano Sun Plaza Hall, Tokyo on the 7th Feb 1985. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted much by RLJ over the years - and this is the first bootleg I've posted. A good set which starts with probably her most famous track "Chuck E's In Love". If you like RLJ then grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays first download is a recent set by The Black Keys that was recorded at the Lollapalooza festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil on the 30th March this year. This is in superb quality and the aaudio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots by The Black Keys over the years - this is another top sounding show. If you like the Black Keys - this is a must have - thoroughly recommended..... Todays second download is a set by the J Geils Band that was recorded at the Fillmore East in New York in 1971. This is in superb quality for a boot thats nearly 45 years old. According to my files this is only the second bootleg by J Geils band that I've posted - but I have posted 10 of his studio recorded albums. This band are best heard live than on studio recorded album - live they are fantastic - really great. If you like the J Geils band then you will want this one.... thoroughly recommended.... Todays first download is a set by Golden Earring that was recorded live at Scheveningen Beach, Netherlands on the 12th June 1993 in front of an audience of 300,000 people. This is a great set by the band in their home country, and they do a two set show - the first part being acoustic and the second part electric. The show was broadcast on Veronica Television and the audio was ripped from there and sounds top notch. This band have been around since the 1960's and they still perform today - and the line up of the band has never changed in all that time... The band don't play their most famous track "Radar Love" on this one - but the show is still wicked and thoroughly recommended... This is in superb quality and the audio for the show was take from an FM broadcast and sounds top notch. I've not posted many Spirit bootlegs in the past as good quality ones are hard to find. This is a good one and if you like spirit - grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended...... Morning staffie Firstly, I've seen your status update so don't even bother with this till you're up & running. I won't be able to attempt to grab it till 7pm tonight anyway so no rush Secondly, it's 40+ tracks over two CD's so it might be a bit chunky for you (there's is a one CD version - Anthology {Standard Edition} - which would be ok if the 2 CD version isn't showing) Band - Throwing Muses Many thanks & once again, don't worry if it's hassle
