I doubt net immigration into other European countries is higher by percentage of population. I expect some are close. The UK'S net immigration has been at record levels for years. Looking it up, the highest overall is Germany, next is UK. By percentage of population, Sweden is highest. UK is up there too. Doctored labels and figures abound but I suspect you trust the UN and Oxford University. Anybody with their eyes open can see the amount of immigration in the country.

Quibbling over details is so Leftist. The only facts you need to know is that the numbers will keep increasing and the sooner we stop all them the better. We either deal with it now with targeted measures, or we will be taking desperate measures later.

Just sit back and watch. You don't need to take my word for it. Trying to convince the closed minded is not my game. I just want to be a miniscule part of getting those with objectivity and skin in the game to persuade our politicians to protect our future generations from impending disaster.

This is the part everyone needs to know. "What came to be called the migrant crisis began around 2010, when people fleeing violence, poverty, and the effects of climate change in the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa started flooding into Europe. The World Bank predicts that, in the next fifty years, droughts, crop failures, rising seas, and desertification will displace a hundred and fifty million more people, mostly from the Global South, accelerating migration to Europe and elsewhere. In 2015 alone, a million people came to Europe from the Middle East and Africa. A popular route went through Libya, then across the Mediterranean Sea to Italy—a distance of less than two hundred miles".

Funny as I believe I am qualified on this subject but you state I am talking rubbish. Are you sure you are not being conned as well? You quote government figures, are they accurate or just what they want you to believe? Funny how you are happy to accept these figures but not much else. Edited by Spiderman (29 Nov 2021 11.03am)
