When Dann was fit we had no problems staying up before Sakho.

I agree he is quality.....but we are going to lose both Bissaka and Zaha...and only one of those has large wages.

So, there's a problem to be solved.

I think with the players that have left the club so far, loan and perm, plus the additional allowance we have FFP wise, we probably have about £340k per week that we can spend on players and be within FFP.

However, as you say, our wage bill is not sustainable in it's current amount unless we significantly get additional income through sponsorship, matchday income etc.

I never saw the game last night but even the best players can score OGs.

I was certainly not one of those advocating his selection for the seniors ahead of those mentioned.I have consistently asserted that he has a lot to learn about the art of defending,he is a work-in-progress and I don't seen him in the same light as many supporters who have elevated him to high status.The lad has the potential and naybe with experience he will be knocking on the door of the England team.

Even accepting that, Dann spends half the season injured as does Sakho and Tomkins. We need them all or we have to get someone of equivalent ability in.
