The only "Vision" is the hard-left politics of envy and social division. In fact one senior Labour figure described Corbyn as an "Early 80s Trotskyist tribute act". Edited by Willo (16 Sep 2015 11.11am)
Early 80's Trotskyist Tribute Act Hahahaha Priceless Not wishing to steal Willo's thunder, but I believe this is a direct quote from Jon Cruddas MP (Lab, Dagenham & Rainham)

An excellent first twenty mins PMQ for Corbyn (still in progress) and Cameron held his own very well too. Sensible questions and answers were mostly straight to the point and reasonable. I think the PM actually enjoyed being robustly challenged on real concerns from real people via JC. Housing, mental health care and families on lower incomes have all been discussed.

One thing I still don't get - and it was raised - is why families with young children whose parents have one full time job and one part time are being punished by the considerable reduction of their tax credits by the government about now. So if they earn £30k between them before tax they are now going to be something like £140 a month worse off. Cameron's answer was about those who will have a higher minimum wage and not really to do with them.

I think this is very well-intentioned from Mr Corbyn, but it isn't going to do him any favours. This exchange let Cameron set the agenda, mainly because he didn't hone in on one (or perhaps) two subjects. Cameron could give simple answers back and they came across acceptable, therefore setting the agenda with no marks left on him. If Corbyn wants to do damage to Cameron's image, he'll have to go a bit more partisan. Which he will. I'm pretty sure every Leader of the Opposition has started off trying this way to a certain extent.

Reasonable debate rather than attacking someone's image, heckling and baying. Shouldn't it be where the Prime Minister answers the questions of MPs (ideally from the people). Not a point scoring contest between two different people. Personally I want politicians to directly answer questions rather than try to look good or sound good.

It's a ploy by Corbyn to try and make PMQs more downbeat as he knows he would be ripped apart by Cameron in a "Yah boo" exchange.
