What the Parisien article actually says is that PSG and Palace have reached a deal and the player will decide next week. Palace are leading the race but the other two teams in the running are West Ham -- who have some appeal to the player -- and Roma. It does NOT say West Ham have come in at the last minute to steal him. It says he will almost certainly go to Palace but West Ham have been in the background all along and have not been totally ruled out. As the Star struggles to master English, I don't know why anyone would trust its ability to understand French.

Obviously someone out there must trust it..hopefully Wet Spam muppets, as the odds have swung again. We're still favourites but Spammers odds have come right in. As for other bods mentioning wages the £ is now worth 1.46 Euros and upwards, which obviously does change the game.It's us or the Green Street Muppets.
