I think we lost 5-0 in a pre-season friendly at Crawley once. Now that was a day wasted.

Early seventies, we had just saved ourselves from the drop & played at home to relegated Huddersfield on the Saturday. I can remember thinking that we should easily win 6-0; it was the worst 0-0 draw I have ever seen!

Out of pocket?

You went to see your team play, they owe you nothing!

The worst game for me was losing 5-0 to Wigan away, i'd do it again though!

If I remember rightly it was 5-0 and I left well before the end as I had to travel back to Edmonton in north London where I was living at the time.

I also remember travelling to Orient for a cup game midweek. If I remember rightly it rained all night and it was the most dire game you could ever imagine and just as it was heading to extra time Mark Bright scored for us.
