Also The Psychedelic Furs - "Pretty in Pink" which if memory serves actually wasn`t their only hit but certainly felt like it.

and talking of films, how about Survivor's Eye of the Tiger from Rocky III. Again might not have been the only hit, but its the only one you remember.

You mean you don't remember 'Burning Heart' (from Rocky IV)? A top ten smasheroonie if I recall correctly.
