Tony Curtis and Marilyn Monroe.

After filming Some Like It Hot, Curtis said that kissing her was 'like kissing Hitler'.

Over the years Curtis gave various different explanations as to what he meant by this. I think he simply meant you wouldn't want to kiss Hitler well he didn't want to kiss Monroe.

According to Curtis's autobiography, They both started out as struggling actors at the same time and became pretty close but more like brother and sister as support for each other.

Zippy and George - we all know Zippy was quite nasty to George, but off camera George gave as good as he got apparently, the dumb act was more of an act than we realised at the time, although we were very young.

There are instances of leading members of rock groups falling out.
I mentioned earlier (can't be bothered to trawl back), about Ginger Baker, who seemed to fall out with most people.
Currently, we still have:

Sting v Stuart Copeland (Police)
Roger Hodgson v Rick Davies (Supertramp)
David Gilmour v Roger Waters (Pink Floyd)

The dislike was so intense (all three broke up in the early 1980's), they have only briefly reformed for one gig, and then immediately regretted it, and back to slagging each other off.

Didn't that pop eighties duo 'Dollar' fall out?

God knows what happened to those two....they represent that five year New Romantics period 79-84 where the early eighties had its own feel, Adam Ant, Miami Vice vibes.

Talking about Adam Ant (Stuart Leslie Goddard) he seemed to fall out with everyone then again he was banging Heather Graham in the early 1990s which must have been fun.
