I am not saying anything remotely like that. Jews can, as can everyone else, go freely wherever they wish that isn’t temporarily restricted. If it is so restricted the restrictions include them. It has nothing to with anyone’s religion, Jew or Muslim, or whether they are protesting or opposing protesting. It has only to do with crowd control and the availability of police resources., Tell me you are kidding. He was restricted specifically because he was a Jew. Seriously. Do you just post this stuff for a wind up? Edited by Hrolf The Ganger (29 Apr 2024 3.18pm)

The point that was proven is that a group of nasty looking bullies is not allowed to push through a protest on multiple occasions, especially when they dress to make it clear they are the counter protest group. Edited by Mapletree (28 Apr 2024 9.26pm) Those nasty bully Jewish people wanting to walk the streets of London without being harassed. What is the country coming to? Leftist nutcases. There must be a factory in China somewhere that turns them out and sends them to Britain.

Of course it is but is nothing to do with the point. As I said, many who are anti-Zionism are also anti- Semitic but they are not interchangeable terms. I don’t watch much TV News these days. I prefer to listen and read about events, and only watch if there that will better inform. Watching any bunch of people repeating slogans and waving banners, whatever their cause might be, is a waste of my time. I’d get more from watching paint dry. Because you can't trust the BBC
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

So if I don’t like black people for the fact they have curly hair am I racist ?

He was restricted for entering an area which wasn’t open to anyone other than those on a protest march and deliberately walking against the flow in a manner intended to provoke a reaction. He could have been a blue spaghetti monster and got the same result. That an officer reacted to his appearance might have been a mistake but in the context of those circumstances it was also understandable.

This is not a single event. This is happening every week. The Police are failing to confront intimidation for political reasons. How anyone can look at this double standard and claim that it is just about pragmatism is clearly deliberately avoiding the obvious conclusion or is stupid.

Do you seriously want to restrict the right to protest peacefully, just because it happens every week? If there really is intimidation then it should, and I believe, would be dealt with. Just as any march would, whether on St George’s day or Eid Al Fitr. The police have to balance the right to free expression with their duty to maintain the peace. Upsetting some as a consequence is inevitable.

Get dressed up in Arsenal kit, walk away from the Spurs ground when all the Spurs fans are walking in, weave through the crowd looking angry and do it a couple more times. Better still in Palace kit at Millwall. Then come back and tell us all about your rights.

So the aggressive stupidity of people is OK with you, especially when they are loony leftists or Muslims?

You leftists will excuse anything when it suits you.
