Every week we start playing better when Roy finally brings on Rak-Sakyi and other attacking players.

You could either argue that Roy is making the right subs to change the game, or the wrong starting line up and these guys should be playing from the start.

Or you could argue that the opponents have already switched two gears down when he brings on the subs.

If we just had a goal scorer.

Really don’t deserve to be behind in this game

What we really need is a goal provider

Question.

If money was available for just one player, what would you go for?

Striker or right back?

We have some quality coming back so interested to see what others think

Another goalkeeper?

Well for 55 minutes it was hard to tell who were the league leaders. The own goal killed us, if someone had shouted to Joe to let the ball run past him we would have got something tonight.

There really wasn't a lot in that .Unlucky with their first ,the second was fair enough though Andersen was ball watching ,someone has to get a tackle in there .

So Ayew scores and we are fired up for the the last 5 and the VAR more or less kills the game by keeping everyone waiting while they decide , well decide what exactly ?

Annoyed we didn't get something there ,its gonna be a long weekend

In the first half we were competitive and had the better chances.
Our heads seemed to drop after they scored and we seemed to play as if we were the team one goal up by keeping a defensive shape and refusing to press them.

In fairness we started with a front 3 of ,
Ayew, Edouard and Schlupp
and finished with,
Rak Saki, Mateta and Franca.

Neither option are mid table Premier standard which makes it's difficult to score goals as our record shows with the amount of games we fail to score in.

You could if you hate the idea of young players coming on and playing better than the s*** workhorses they replaced

I don’t get why mateta stood off their keeper. Three choices but at least make it two ffs. Ok we lost but limit their options. Probably the same outcome but very frustrating watching from the stands.

I don't hate the idea of young players coming on at all but personally have some understanding if a manager chooses the old workhorses with a lot of PL experience to try to keep a far superior side at bay. But Ok, it's my personal opinion.

Anybody see Roy's interview on Sky? I didn't but he's getting slated on Twitter for being really rude to the interviewer.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...
