Seems that the Liverpool focus is soley on their next game, unfortunately, Palace : They’ve got no choice. They’re desperate to get in the top 4.

Imagine how Liverpool must be feeling: Meeting a struggling Palace-side at a time, when they need a win, and a comfortable one, more than ever. A true gift. Hope to keep then down at 0 - 5.

Ouch Liverpool would have had not a hairdryer moment but a 777 moment from Klopp. Whilst Palace would have a Dali lama moment from Patrick Cotton Wool Viera. Can see a real hard game coming on the blitzkrieg Saturday night Let’s predict CPFC 0 (poss 26% ,SoT 2) - Liverpool 5 (poss 74%,SoT 15) i think you are being overly optimistic.

An honourable 1-1 draw. Thereby extending your current run of correctly predicting said scoreline.
Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes) |

Indeed I correctly predicted the 1-1 against Brighton, but I stated that I was torn between 0-0 and 1-1 in respect of the Brentford encounter.

We probably need another 12 points from 15 games to stay up so a draw in this one would be a great result. In fact, a draw in every game till the end of the season would be a great result, but a few wins would obviously help. We will need to defend at our very best to get anything in this one.

Liverpool's game has been rumbled this season - the high press all action first 45 minutes cannot be played for the duration of the match and the game opens up in the second half, hence RM battering them in that period. We just need to weather the storm and create openings as the game progresses.

If we can keep things relatively tight at the back they do look a bit 6's and 7's at the back and our forward should be looking to exploit that. TBF my hopes are still very low but 'tis football and you never know!
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
