I have predicted a draw (Still torn between 1-1 and 0-0 !), however my record of prognostications which turn out be accurate is dire in the extreme.

In the final analysis I will be content with a point. An average of a point a game until the end of the season will ensure that we remain in the PL.

Snap.

I still feel the outcome always serves up one of the same three possible outpourings from me however:

W - Love them all more than they will know! Is Europe achievable?
D - Will take that. Not glamorous but not a loss, anxiety stays the same, so I'm content.
L - I knew it!! We're awful, the players are sl@gs, the leadership traitors, we'll be relegated and playing Nuneaton Borough FC in a few years time and I shall be interviewed for sports documentaries and literature forever more as the world stands aghast that my opinion on all things football related was not consulted by Palace.. for 2 days.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Guaita

Clyne Andersen (hopefully) Guehi Mitchell

Lokonga

Doucoure Hughes

Olise Mateta Eze

Mateta gets in the side purely because he'd be useful defending set pieces against a side who are decent at them.

Something wrong here - no Schlupp or Ayew ? You are off your trolley !

Brentford are undefeated in their last 10 PL games, and their attacking play is varied and generally impressive.

Our attack, well, non-existent really.

So logic say something - nil as possible results, and I fear that “something” may very well turn into “several”.

Is still can’t see us win, perhaps not even score, before April.

If we makes an appearance in all of our remaining league games then by the end of the season Jeffrey Schlupp will have made 200 Palace appearances. I still haven't worked out what he offers to the team.

The all time list is here [Link]

Since 1990, only Zaha, Speroni, Freedman, Martyn, Rodger, Ward, Morrison, Barber, Bright, Wright, Salako, Butterfield, Shaw, Mullins, Thomas, McArthur, Gray, Gordon, Derry, Young and Humphrey have achieved it.

Schlupp, Luka and Ayew all being within 20 appearances of 200 is all anyone needs to know about watching us in recent years.

26th January 2010 - Enter Administration
2nd May 2010 - D-Day 1 - Survival at Hillsborough
1st June 2010 - D-Day 2 - Survival at Lloyds
7th June 2010 - CPFC2010 exchange contracts.

If I'd been asked a quiz how many performances Schlupp had made I'd have thought maybe 100. Never would have thought 200. Once upon a time he was a left back - presumably wing back but anywhere on the left. What is he now - everything? News that Wilf might be back for Brentford - perhaps changes things?

I noticed nobody is picking the new French - want to say Ahamada - guy in their line ups. I've noticed other sides putting their new signings straight in. Notably Leicester doing suddenly better.

Vieira has just said that Zaha is still ' a couple of weeks away' from even training with the team so he will not be playing for at least the next two games.
In his absence I can't see us scoring v Brentford and would be delighted with a 0-0.

Schlupp playing for Vieira? Not a surprise. After all, he won the cooking competition when the team made their trip to Turkey during the World Cup.
Fighting against Eze and Wilf, sole judge Patrick picked Jeffrey as the winner. Prize? Place in starting 11 for rest of the season!

I do believe with the addition of the new boys in one game it will suddenly click - no result tomorrow would surprise me, form says a comfortable home win, my water tells me we'll squeak another jammy drawer.

however, this link shows what Brentford are really all about ...

I think we may score one but they will score 2. They will be too powerful and aggressive for us so unfortunately it’s a loss for me. COYP

Considering the only time we've scored v these was Wilf pulling a wonderful curler out his arse in an otherwise tight game, I just don't see how we break them down - if indeed that is what the game comes down to and not them pinning us back and their intensity doing a number on us. Thomas Frank is a wonderful coach imo, nothing but respect for the team he's built and how well organised they are.

Saying all that, I can't believe we will keep going without wins and goals and without any reason to believe so, I think we'll actually see a proper midfield this weekend. I'd start Ayew up front to press them and have Olise and Eze either side if Wilf is still dead.

2-1 us, somehow

Assuming you mean just in Premier League matches, this is the same number of goals as they've scored against us. One.
