A few training sessions with Van Dyck, will sort him out. They hope. Virgil, is every bit as intimidating as Andersen, any day.

Didn't looserpool also have a 'serial offender' in their ranks, but used his teeth instead? You are being unkind, it was not his fault defenders kept rubbing their neck/shoulders against his protruding teeth! Seriously this reporting is another example if the media “big 6” live in. You do realise JA will get penalised every time he goes near a player now

In all fairness to Liverpool the team, Milner and Klopp were taking none of Nunez's sh1t at the time and clearly saw he deserved red. That would not have been the same with plenty of clubs. One can only imagine the grace with which Fergie, or today Tuchel or Conte would have taken it. Interestingly VVD did not complain about decision, he obviously realised it was a masterclass in defending

My understanding of your post was that it was an elbow that made JA react, it seemed to me it was Nunez rubbing his head in JA’s face. Not sure how I posted a different video, will try to find it. By the way don’t give up your day job Edited by Spiderman (18 Aug 2022 8.33am) A day job would be nice! But I am never gonna give...

My dear chap if you can't see the correlation between the two acts of violence, that is precisely why we have that type of violence in society today !! I dissagree . As I have said sport is adrenalin filled and sometimes the red mist comes down ,anyone who has played a contact sport would be aware of that . There is no correlation between that and wanton acts of violence ,well not in my world anyway .

Football is not a 'contact sport'. it has unavoidable contact but you are not supposed to touch another player deliberately execept by a shoulder barge. Whereas Rugby specifically allows you to manhandle or at least grab the opposition.
