If Beeb prices are real, I expect somebody else to come in and match our bid and terms. Just my gut feel. Though maybe his hamstring issues will put others off.

We need someone who is happy to sit on the bench and wait his chance because we already have two solid centre backs.

This guy probably fits that profile.

I don’t think it’s well said at all.

The main issue that has plagued the transfer page of this site, is that a divide has developed and rather than allow members to get to the bottom of the truth, and then move on to a point where division doesn’t exist, we have argued over things that most of us already agree on.

Dazza says himself he doesn’t actually know more than anyone else. If he stuck to that truth, we wouldn’t have a problem.

The main issue I have, is that in the past most people share links or title their posts as suggestions. Dazza avoids all of that.

I find his posts disingenuous. He can’t have it both ways. Does he know or doest he? We all know the answer to that. So why does he get such special treatment?

Can we please put this to bed?.

For this window, instead of clogging up every transfer thread with bitching about dazza, he has been left to post his own thread (which any poster on here can also do) with all his predictions/ideas/whatever in one place so that you can read or not read according to whether you like his postings or not (and some do!), whilst leaving the more 'traditional' style of transfer news to others.

This does not make him 'special' 'privileged' or anything else - it simply sidelines his posts and replies from spoiling others' enjoyment of the threads.......

but I guess complainers will always find something to complain about.

I agree, its pathetic, just enjoy we are getting some good players in

Another Ferguson incoming, the price is obviously linked to his injury record.

He'll go right back if fit, or right of a back 3. Too good a player, if consistently fit, to sit on a Palace bench.

I expect the medical will be long and thorough considering his recent injuries. Expect it'll be wrapped up by 2023.

Joking aside, IF he stays fit, then it'll be a decent addition, giving us a bit of flexibility across the back line.
