How did we not win that?
Leeds were very poor, niggly and didn't offer much threat.
Mcarthur and Ward played well and the centre backs.
Eze showed flashes of skill, but still looked off the pace.
Olise looked threatening when he came on.
A frustrating game poorly refereed.

The ref set the tone by allowing Ayling and others to get away with murder. I don’t know what his definition of persistent fouling is but Ayling must have been pretty close to double figures!

Leeds came for a point and defended very well, we didn't really have any clear cut chances. Thought Gallagher completely outshone Philips in midfield and Ward defied his critics and had a solid game.

Should have won that. we were totally on top in the second half.

Wilf a little greedy in front of goal sometimes but still a class act.
We had the dream team on briefly, but I feel that Eze will be better next season, as will Edouard and Olise.

A couple more points should seal it.

Wilf trying too hard to score - to give it to Ayling and co. Selfish behaviour!

We were the better side but couldn't score. Decent signs for our next few games. When I saw Ward at left back, I didn't fancy it but he did brilliantly. I thought Eze came to life in the second half, plus Olise coming back are also encouraging signs.

Enjoyable game that had an edge to it I wasnt expecting . Thought we did everything but score and in boxing terms won on points

Good to see Jmac back to his excellent self and signs of Eze getting his jaz back . Credit to all the lads for sticking at it

I was waiting for the Leeds last gasp winner, so relieved really.

One point may not be enough for them, they have 3 very difficult games to come.

I would have liked Wilf to be more composed but he is still the min threat from us.

I knew my returning would bring the dullness back to SP!

Leeds never looked likely to do anything and our tactics regarding passing the ball either off the pitch, to an opponent or choosing the complete wrong decision didn’t pay off at all! Corners were atrocious.

Ref abysmal, both teams looked content with 0-0, a poor Monday night match by all counts.

Happily take the point however, we looked the more likely to nick it although that’s not saying much, both Ward and clyne did very well for me, I’d of taken mateta off a lot earlier but not convinced it’d of made any difference, lacked any real spark or inspiration all round but that can be forgiven. Not losing to Southampton Saturday a must.

COYP!!!!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

A feisty but unsatisfying performance.

The pace of the game caused too many errors, under pressure we usually pass to a marked man who has to get rid too quickly.

Leeds weren't the only team falling over and claiming fouls. I thought the ref. handled things well.

We needed calmness and authority to slow the game down, in other words a Christian Eriksen. All season (and previous seasons) we have lacked creativity - this must be addressed next season.

I thought McArthur and the defence had good games.

If you are going to play Benteke start him and take him off later. Bringing him on with 10 minutes left has always failed. Better to keep him on the bench and give Edoard a chance.

The only points I foresee to get us to 41 is against Watford but all remaining games are winnable and just as equally losable.

Fun but agonizing and exhausting to watch, especially in the 2nd half. Leeds played stout defense inside the box, though several times we could have and should have put it away.

Incidentally, Mateta's 1st-half miss wasn't a failure; the defender slightly deflected the ball from scoring height up to mid-shin. Nothing he could do about it.

Disagree....he should've buried it. Terrible miss.

.

Were you at the match?

If so I guess you were the one person not singing about the referee’s incompetence

Schlupp waste of time again why he is being selected ahead of Hughes is shocking.

Another game more points wasted.

I laugh every time I watch Wilf now hes far from Champions League quality he has no end product it was very clear to see tonight.

McArthur is Palace MOTM followed by Ward.

We should of destroyed this Leeds team they have energy but nothing else

Complete and utter bollox. Wilf was a thorn in their side after having to put up with constantly being fouled I. The first half. He hit the target on the vast majority of his efforts on goal and got better and better as the game went on. I accept he played 2 poor through balls when he should have done better but some of the skills on show from Wilf, Olise and Eze were a joy to watch. I went to the away game at Leeds and our performances across both games deserved far more but hey ho, it goes that way sometimes. We didn’t win but we played v well especially in the second half.
