It sounds entirely logical to me. How do you reckon the men falsely convicted or rape stack up against the women who have been raped without any one being convicted? They probably don't. I'm of the belief that as soon as you take the 'innocent until proven guilty' aspect away from the justice system you essentially aren't doing justice.....you're convicting people based upon prejudice....what you think is statistically likely. I recognise your anger, I just don't really know what can fairly be done about it.

Who knows what they are into sexually, could have been recording themselves during role play, she could be into extreme bdsm, someone has hacked the phone and released the pics and recording. Who knows ? Probably unlikely but trial by social media is wrong and it should be innocent untill proven guilty.

We need to recognise that it isn't perfect, but it's much better than the alternatives.

I just wish that when there is a case as obvious as this, people (and men in particular) were more willing to take a common sense approach and call it what it is, rather than everyone doing their best lawyer impression. I can’t emphasise how much this type of doubting/questioning of credibility prevents genuine victims from coming forward.

sadly there are to many money makers around for people to trust , very sad if its true , even sadder if its not , if she is not telling the truth , so many woman will feel the hurt and betrayed in trying to prove there case , but if true throw away the key

Let’s be honest .. the writing has been on the wall for a while... cocky.. arrogant little man... he’s going to get what’s coming to him... how anyone can question it I’m not sure... see that Ronaldo and De Gea have taken him off their social media... kinda tell’s you something......

His interviews have always seemed off. Emotionally devoid of any joy. Always came across as very intense and up himself. Like most though, I didn't really think beyond that.
