A question for those that know more about loan deals than me . Can you be sold to another club while on loan ? i.e can Gallagher be sold to Newcastle while on loan to Palace ?

Without knowing the exact terms of the loan it would be hard to answer with confidence.

We believe that Chelsea cannot recall him until the end of the season now as he has played a certain number of games which appeared to be the only grounds they had to recall him.

If that is true then he is our player on loan until the end of the season.

Could Chelsea reach an agreement with Newcastle or even PSG prior to the end of the season to sell him? Yes they can - he is their player and I'm sure it happens all the time.

There may be other reasons for them to recall him early that we are unaware of but hopefully not.

He would also have some say in the matter I would imagine.

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

Steve Howe is under tremendous pressure to get players in, and he will struggle to get any top player under 30, Trippier is 31, this is a great opportunity for us to offload some players that are past there best, and before the contracts expire i believe six players are what the owners want so we should be in contact with them, coaxing them to take our fringe dross

Yes we do have a say , i just read it on NewsNow , twould be a shame , i wom=nder is this the reason he is not playing . If he is injured surley he would be on the injured list and back at Chelski , [Link]

The club are refusing to confirm if players have COVID, so my guess would be that is why he is out. The difference with the Sorloth deal was that the Turkish club had an option to buy and that is why I imagine we had to share the fee; this is not the case with Gallagher. It does seem to be the case that we would have to agree to terminate the loan deal early though. Personally, even if this wasn't just made up nonsense, I question whether Gallagher would want to move again during a World Cup year when he's settled and playing the best football of his career. Plus he hasn't had a chance to play for his boyhood club. I think this is all much of nothing.

McArthur I think will be (possibly has been)offered an extension

Kouyate, Ayew, and Schlupp seem to be first team or regular subs so seem to have PV favour. I think they will all be offered extensions but Kouyate may decide to go elsewhere. Personally I think Ayew is not good enough but PV seems to disagree

Tomkins I think it depends how much game time he gets, his injury record etc. When fit he is good cover but is no longer first choice

A short one.

That is a good bet as we expect Feck all! My bet is a new ball person!

Yes i reckon you are right , made up click bait ! why would he want to put the best season he has had in jepordy for the sake of a big money move, i dont think he is that kind of lad , he would rather play for less and feel the love . My only concern about him is how long can he keep up playing at the tempo he plays at before a major injury or burnout .
